This women’s workshop is a space for you to reconnect with your natural, grounded feminine self—a place for all women, of all shapes, ages, and walks of life to join in community.
We’ll be weaving together practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation, affirmations, journaling, and intimate sharing circles, creating a warm, supportive space to help you feel more deeply connected to yourself and others.

1. Who is this women’s circle for?
This circle is for all women, of any age, shape, or walk of life, who feel called to reconnect with their grounded feminine self and be part of a supportive community.
2. When does the circle take place?
The circle is held on the second Saturday of each month, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
3. What can I expect during the circle?
Each gathering weaves together gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, affirmations, journaling, and sharing circles, creating a nurturing space for reflection, connection, and self-discovery.
4. Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
Not at all. The practices are gentle and accessible, and you are always invited to participate in ways that feel right for you.
5. What should I bring?
Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal if you’d like to write. Yoga mats are provided, so you don’t need to bring one.
6. Do I have to share in the circle?
Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation. You are welcome to speak or simply listen and receive.
7. Is the space confidential?
Yes. The circle is held as a safe and respectful space, where what is shared remains within the circle.
8. How do I book my place?
