As I always say, this is a safe place, with no judgement. Everyone is welcome, and it doesn’t take long before we’re all chatting away like we’ve been mates for years. That’s what it’s all about, legends — bringing people together, building connections and reminding everyone that NO ONE WALKS ALONE. 💙
You don’t need to be fit, you don’t need to know anyone, and you certainly don’t need to have everything sorted in life. Just turn up as you are. Sometimes getting out the front door and being around good people is the hardest part, but it can make a world of difference.
