Terroir Winemakers: The Limestone Line
21 Wines | One Evening of Discovery
Some wine traditions stay in their home region, and some travel. This October, we follow Burgundy's influence past its borders. The evening starts on the Côte d'Or itself and moves south to the ancient monastic vineyards of the Mâconnais. From there it crosses east to the white marls of the Jura and finishes over the Rhine in Baden, where two Germans trained in Beaune now make Pinot on their own hillsides. Five growers took five different paths, but all are grounded in the same limestone and the same idea: let the site speak first.
What We’re Pouring
Twenty-one wines from five producers, each connected to Burgundy by where they grew up, what they studied or how they farm. Each bottle tells the same quiet story: that the most compelling wines are made, not forced.

The Vibe
One room, five makers, and twenty-one wines connected by limestone. The route runs from the Côte d'Or to the Mâconnais, the Jura and Germany's Baden, with bright, taut whites, fine-boned reds and a curveball or two along the way. These are wines for good food, easy conversation and anyone curious about what a place can put in a glass.

It'll be an intimate, unhurried evening: great wines, good conversation, and plenty to discover.
Please note: Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed access to all wines listed. Once we begin pouring, new bottles will NOT be opened for latecomers.
