Recharge your body and mind at our Monthly Sweat Series, happening every last Saturday at 9:00 AM. Led by certified Yoga & Pilates instructor Brooke Van Dyk—known for her empowering flows at The Pilates Spot Brooklin and Rise Fitness Port Perry—this class delivers the perfect balance of intensity and mindfulness.
Expect an uplifting, full-body workout that fuses strength-based yoga flows, breathwork, and deep stretch. Whether you’re a regular mover or just starting your journey, this class is open to all levels.
What to bring:
✔️ Yoga Mat – Please bring your own. A high-grip or sweat-resistant mat is ideal.
✔️ Water Bottle – Hydration is key!
✔️ Towel – A small towel for sweat + an optional mat towel for grip.
✔️ Optional Props – Blocks or straps if you regularly use them.
Space is limited and fills quickly!
