About this Event

In this special class, We will start with breathing exercises to relax the mind followed by a Reiki healing circle. Students will receive a brief introduction about Reiki, followed by a brief guided meditation.They will then receive Reiki individually and the session will conclude with a relaxing sound bath where the beautiful energy will continue to flow.
