Join us at the iconic 12th Street Lifeguard Tower on Ocean Drive (Rainbow Flag) for a peaceful sunrise meditation experience by the ocean. As the sun rises over the water, we’ll come together to ground, breathe, and awaken our energy for the day ahead.

This gathering is open to all levels — whether you're brand new to meditation or have an established practice. The ocean breeze, the rhythm of the waves, and the golden morning light will guide us into clarity and calm.
