💪 30–40 Minutes of Guided Movement
A fun, energizing workout led at your own pace — designed to help release built-up stress and reconnect with your body.
🧠 20 Minute Discussion
A supportive group discussion focused on tools that can help with managing anxiety, life transitions, and emotional balance. This is not a replacement of therapy. This group it to empower you and build your support system.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and recharged — ready to take on life’s challenges with strength and clarity.
