There is a sound beneath every other sound, the Anāhata Nāda, yet most of us go years without becoming still enough to hear it.About this Event
Nāda Yoga is the yoga of sound — an ancient practice built on a simple idea: that vibration can reach places thought cannot. You won't be stretching or performing. giving permission to rest and letting Himalayan singing bowls, voice, and mantra do what willpower never quite can — soften the grip of a nervous system that's been switched on for too long.
You don't need to understand it for it to work on you. You just need to show up and let your body do the rest. What happens in the space between the sound and the silence is different for everyone. That part, we'll leave for you to discover.
