Losing a loved one is one of the hardest journeys we walk through. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and healing looks different for everyone. Hope Again Grief Talks is a monthly workshop designed to offer support, guidance, and a sense of community for those navigating loss.
Each session focuses on a specific aspect of grief, providing practical tools, compassionate understanding, and hope for the road ahead. Whether you are grieving a recent loss or carrying grief from years past, you are welcome here.
May – Grieving on Mother’s Day: Honoring and Coping with Loss
Mother’s Day can bring a wave of emotions for those who have lost a mother, child, or experienced infertility. This session provides support and ways to navigate the day with remembrance and healing.
Memorial Day can be a heavy time for those grieving. Discover ways to honor loved ones while processing emotions.
June – Sudden Loss and Trauma: When Grief is Unexpected

August – The Long Road of Grief: When Time Doesn’t Heal All Wounds

September – Grieving Suicide Loss: Understanding and Healing
Losing someone to suicide carries unique challenges. This session offers support and hope for survivors.
October – Grief and the Changing Seasons: Preparing for the Hardest Months
As the days grow shorter, grief can feel heavier. We’ll discuss strategies for maintaining emotional well-being.
November – Grieving Through the Holidays: Navigating the Season Without Them
The holiday season can be painful after a loss. Learn how to balance grief and tradition in a way that honors your loved one.
December – Light in the Darkness: Holding Onto Hope in Grief
Even in grief, hope can be found. Join us for an evening of reflection, support, and remembrance.
