About this Event
Our Monthly Dance Party is a high-energy celebration of movement, music, laughter, and community connection. This inclusive, all-abilities dance experience welcomes everyone—no dance experience required. Whether you love choreography or prefer to follow your own rhythm, this is your space.
This event is offered as a Pay What Moves You gathering, with a suggested donation of $10–$25. Contributions from events like this help sustain Open Up’s work and keep our programs accessible to the whole community.
Open Up exists because people show up—not just on the dance floor, but through their support. When you give, you help us:

This Dance Party is designed to spark self-expression, creativity, and joy in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
Accessibility & Support
Open Up events are designed to be accessible to people with and without disabilities. Our facilitators work to meet a wide range of needs and create a supportive, sensory-aware environment.
Some participants may make sudden movements or sounds—this is part of our inclusive community. You’re welcome to bring headphones if helpful, and a relaxation space is available at the back of the studio.

- If you are bringing a support person or caregiver, please register for two tickets (one per person).
- If you’re bringing a group, please register each individual separately.

All new participants will be asked to sign a waiver, studio agreements, and an optional photo release upon arrival.
