We meet the 1st Thursday of every month 2-4pm A Space for Carers – You’re Not Alone
Caring for someone you love can be rewarding, but it can also be exhausting, emotional and, at times, lonely. While much of the focus is often on the person receiving care, we know that the person providing it needs care and support, too.
Whether you’re caring for your wife, husband, partner, disabled child, elderly parents, a friend, or someone else who needs your help, you are a carer, and this space is for you. You don’t need a job title or formal recognition to be one.
Together with our friends at Beaumont Carehome, we want to create a welcoming, understanding community where carers can connect with others who truly understand, share experiences, find helpful evidence and reliable information, ask questions, seek support, and sometimes simply find a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on.
No one should have to navigate the challenges of caring alone. ❤️
