About this Event
Monotyping is a type of printmaking that creates one of a kind (hence the ‘mono’) art by applying paint to a printing plate, manipulating the paint, and then transferring the art to paper.
Inspired by our current exhibition, Blue Hour by Emily Parsons we will be working with shades of blue.
Come learn the ropes of monotyping and get your hands dirty. Absolutely no experience necessary.
The workshop will be led by local Greenpoint artist Mary Younkin. Tickets are $75 and include all supplies, wine and snacks. Just bring yourself!
We can fit only 8 people for this workshop, so grab tickets while you can :) Link in bio!
