Block Printing Workshop: Design Your Own Tote Bag
Learn wood block printing at Brooklyn Candle Studio. We'll teach you the techniques behind this age-old craft while you create your own printed canvas tote.
You'll design and print your own repeat pattern using our hand carved wooden blocks. Geometric, botanical, abstract, leopard print or whatever speaks to you.
No experience needed. We'll guide you through each step, from design to printing. You'll leave with a totally one-of-a-kind block printed tote and a new favorite creative hobby.
The workshop takes place at Brooklyn Candle Studio in Industry City – a beautifully designed space filled with natural light and the subtle scent of their signature candles. Between printing, you can browse their collection of handmade goods and small-batch finds. It's the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and create something beautiful.
