Our Fall Issue explores work from the spectral to the corporeal.
Samanta Schweblin and Megan McDowell reveal the process of translating Schweblin’s new collection of short fiction, Good and Evil and Other Stories. The acclaimed horror writer Mariana Enriquez embarks on a morbid tour of New Orleans. The choreographer Anh Vo discusses worshipping the Downtown Brooklyn Apple Store and how nudity allows for a “dichotomy of concealment and disclosure” in their performances. AND! New poems by Patricia Smith and Donika Kelly Plus, reflections on new releases from Olivia Kan-Sperling, Emily Hunt Kivel, and Harryette Mullen.
