WILD WOOD TOTS IS BACK! 🍂Every Monday morning | 10am–12pm
📍 Taplow
🌿 £15 per child | £20 family ticket
Join Mimi and Susi in the woods for autumn adventures, playful discoveries, songs and stories.
Rooted in the Forest School ethos and principles, our regular weekly 2 hour sessions give children time and space to play, explore and learn in their own way. As we get to know each child, we respond to their interests, strengths and needs, helping them feel comfortable, included and ready to explore as we explore the woodlands throughout all the seasons. If we get to know our woodlands we will love it and what we love we will want to save.
Some mornings call for movement and adventure; others need a gentler pace or time to watch before joining in. With familiar surroundings and trusted relationships, children can grow in confidence, develop friendships and try new challenges when they feel ready.
Together, we’ll prepare and cook food, learn about fire through carefully supported experiences, enjoy seasonal crafts and games, and make space for unstructured play. Hammocks and swings offer moments to rest, while the fire brings us together for warmth, songs and stories. 🔥
🍎 Tomorrow’s woodland adventures…
We’ll be making apple-stuffed campfire doughnuts and meeting Dobbin, our shave horse! With Mimi’s close support, children can have a go at using a drawknife to shape wooden firework sticks, ready to swoosh and zoom during our stories and songs. ✨
Come and spend a little of your Monday in the woods with us. 🍁
