Summer Sound Bath Series 🌿Please join Sacred Grove Sanctuary every Monday night for our weekly Summer Sound Bath Series at Shorehaven!
Kristopher and Nikki are excited to guide you into deep relaxation with immersive sound therapy. Using their sacred collection of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other surprises, they will create a beautiful sanctuary of healing frequencies and vibrations that will flow over you, helping your body, mind, and spirit unwind.

💸$20 suggested donation, cash or Venmo
📍This event is held in the Yoga Room in Shorehaven's Fitness Center. Upon reserving your spot, directions will be sent out to help locate the center.

✨Mats, bolsters, and some blankets are provided, but please bring personal blankets &/or pillows, eye covers, anything that will make you comfortable to achieve deep relaxation laying for the 1 hour long sound bath
(Chairs are available, however if you have a portable chair that is comfortable for you, we encourage you to bring that)
✨Water bottles are always encouraged!
The vibrational frequencies you will experience will detox and help release stored emotional, energetic, and metabolic toxins and it is important to flush those out by drinking water afterwards to help restore balance
