Welcome to a cozy evening of shared massage and breathwork! During the evening, we focus on conscious touch, guided breathwork, and shared massage to cultivate presence, relaxation, and deep connection. Each week we explore different themes—ranging from Thai Yoga massage and 5 Elements massage to therapeutic tension release and combining with breathwork. The workshop consists of guided exercises, demonstrations, and giving/receiving massage in pairs. You can come with a partner or find someone at the workshop. Schedule

19:00 — Guided demonstration & shared massage (Part 1)
19:45— Fika break (bring a snack/tea to share)
20:00 — Guided demonstration & shared massage (Part 2)
21:45 — Closing circle & Leave No Trace (LNT) clean-up
