Ten years ago, I poured my life savings into creating a restaurant that was “Completely Different . . . and Absolutely Better!” 💯Sure, if we only served chicken tenders and fries instead of making 40+ items from scratch, we could run the kitchens with a third of the staff. But where is the fun in that? We do things the hard way because it’s sooooo much better!
