Level up your Salsa skills with our professionally designed classes hosted by Ritmo Albany! Whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate/advanced dancer, these sessions are perfect for you.

The Salsa Classes will focus 70% on partner work and 30% on shines. No partner needed, we will rotate partners!
Monthly Cycle:
6:30pm: Salsa ON2 Performance Class*** (NEW)
7:30pm: Intermediate Salsa On2
8:30PM: Beginner Salsa On2

A fun and welcoming beginner series where you'll learn the fundamentals of belly dance in a supportive, judgment-free environment. We'll build confidence, improve strength and flexibility, explore musicality, and develop a belly dance vocabulary one step at a time. Whether you're completely new to dance or coming from another dance style, this class is designed to help you move, connect, and have fun.
Expect to:
· Shimmy, circle, and undulate with confidence.
· Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
· Learn the language of belly dance one move at a time.
· Dance to the music, not just the beat.
· Laugh, connect, and have fun in a supportive space.
