Sixx Cool Moms Frederick is teaming up with the SOLDIERFIT team for an afternoon built just for us: part workout, part unwind, part actual conversation with other Frederick County moms who aren't scrolling through their phone while you talk to them.
What to expect:
- Arrival and connection time, refreshments included
- A mini bootcamp- low-barrier and partner-friendly (no fitness level required, just show up)
- Guided stretch, yoga, and relaxation to bring you back down
- More hang-out time to close the afternoon (and feel free to carry on elsewhere after and make it a night!)
No pressure to be the fittest mom in the room. No pressure to be anything other than there.
