Mommy & Me Yoga (Ages 0–4)

This yoga class is designed to help moms restore, strengthen, and recharge—while keeping baby close. Each session focuses on mindful movement, stretching, strengthening, and breathwork to ease tension, rebuild core strength, and promote overall well-being after pregnancy.
Babies and toddlers are incorporated through bonding poses and moments of connection, but the primary focus is on giving moms the space to care for their own bodies and minds.
Classes are relaxed and flexible—feeding, soothing, and wiggly moments are always welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
Take time for yourself, connect with your little one, and leave feeling refreshed and supported.
