Who Can Attend?
This class is designed with moms in mind, but all women are welcome! Whether you’re a mama or simply love Pilates and community, you’re invited. Just keep in mind that little ones will be present, so come ready to share the space with our adorable mini workout buddies! 💗
Before You Attend:
Please complete and sign the required liability waiver before class. Registered attendees will receive instructions on how to access it. Children must remain under their parent’s or guardian’s supervision throughout the event.
Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and arrive a little early so you can settle in before we begin.
Our Why:
Mamacitas in Motion was created by a mom, for moms because childcare shouldn’t have to be the reason we miss out on taking care of ourselves. We’re building a community where women can move, connect, and feel supported through every season of life.
Come for the Pilates. Stay for the community. 🌸
