We'll start at 10 and end by or a little after noon depending on everyone's energy and attention spans feel by then.

Whether this is your first or 6th baby, whether you’ve worked with me in any doula or midwifery capacity…whether you plan to work with a midwife team, OB team or none of the above; join us to explore holistic wellness, pain management considerations and demos, and practical partner support techniques so you both feel confident and prepared no matter how or where your baby’s/ies’ birth day party goes.

We’ll begin with some prenatal movement to get going, break the ice (not the “waters”) and go with the flow (kind of like labor) with the holistic stages of labor, birth planning and considerations. Bring your questions and curiosities!
