Join Momtastic Fitness, @themomwalkco.huntsville & @apdao for a feel-good Mommy & Me morning! 🫶🏼✨We’re kicking things off with a full-body workout to get you moving and feeling GOOD, followed by light refreshments, yummy snacks, and a little time to connect with other moms!
And the best part? 🥹 While mama gets her workout in, the kiddos can enjoy some fun on the indoor playground! Because moms deserve time to pour into themselves, too.
Whether you’re a new mom or just looking to get out of the house, move your body, and meet your village, we’d LOVE to see you there! 🫶🏼
