Building the Foundations for Business Growth
MOMENTUM is a free, practical and interactive half-day workshop and networking opportunity, designed to help business owners step away from the day-to-day demands of running their business, connect with other business owners and spend some valuable time thinking about its future.
Through group discussions, shared experiences and practical exercises, we'll explore how you can develop greater clarity, focus and positive momentum in your business.
The workshop is led by Nigel Cook, Founder of Mentor Members, who brings over 30 years of hands-on business experience, and a wealth of practical knowledge gained from building and running his own successful business.
The atmosphere is informal, relaxed and enjoyable. There are no formal lectures or complicated theories, just friendly conversations, shared experiences and practical ideas that you can take away and use in your own business.
You don't need to have all the answers before attending. The workshop is designed to help you ask the right questions about your business and identify practical ways forward.
Our aim is for everyone attending to leave with fresh ideas, a clearer sense of direction and positive actions they can begin putting into practice.

This workshop is designed for people who have recently started their own business, are in the early stages of developing one, or are owners or managers of established small businesses looking for fresh ideas, greater clarity and practical ways to move their business or department forward.
It's particularly suitable for anyone who wants to take a step back from the day-to-day demands of running a business, review their direction, build confidence in their decisions and develop positive momentum for future growth.
The workshop also provides an enjoyable opportunity to meet other local business owners and managers, share experiences and build new connections.
