🔥 The Healing Release Activity
Each attendee will have the opportunity to write down the things she is ready to release.
A glass plate will be provided for participants to write down what they want to let go of, symbolizing the decision to stop carrying the weight of past experiences, pain, disappointment, and emotional burdens.
As we gather around the bonfire, we'll reflect on what we've been through, what we've learned, and what we're choosing to leave behind as we move forward.
