🌿 MOM & CHILD RETREAT5–9 April 2027 | South of France
What if going on retreat didn’t mean leaving your child behind — but slowing down, reconnecting and growing together?
The Mom & Child Retreat is a five-day experience for mothers who long for rest, nourishment and meaningful time with their child.
Set in the peaceful nature of Southwest France, this intimate retreat offers space to step away from everyday responsibilities and reconnect with yourself, while your child is lovingly included in the experience.
✨ FOR MOTHERS
During the retreat, you’ll be guided through:
• Yin Yoga
• Fascia release and therapeutic movement
• Breathwork and nervous-system regulation
• Restorative practices
• Mother-and-child connection rituals
• Spacious moments for rest, reflection and integration
While mothers join selected sessions, the children will be supported with nature play and creative activities guided by Esmee, a Montessori-trained teacher.
🌿 FOR THE CHILDREN
The children will have time to:
• Play and explore outdoors
• Connect with nature
• Gather natural materials
• Create nature-inspired art
• Enjoy a relaxed, child-friendly rhythm
• Share special moments with their mothers
This is not a retreat where children are expected to fit into a strict adult schedule. The days are designed with softness, flexibility and the natural rhythm of both mother and child in mind.
