🌿 Module 4: Aromatherapy IIBlending, Application & Marma Foundations
Aroma becomes medicine when it’s intentional.
In this advanced aromatherapy module, we move from understanding essential oils to working with them skillfully — blending with purpose, applying with awareness, and integrating subtle energy through marma therapy.
Together, we’ll explore:
• Principles of blending and aromatic synergy
• Selecting oils based on doshic imbalance
• Safe and effective application methods
• Developing sensory awareness before application
• Introduction to marma therapy and energetic touch points
• The relationship between aroma, marma, and the doshas
• Creation of a personalized aromatic and marma-based practice
This module is hands-on, experiential, and rooted in discernment and safety.

Module 1 is part of our larger 45-Hour Ayurveda Foundations Training.
Students may enroll in individual modules for focused study, or complete all eight modules to earn the designation:

• A final integration assignment
• A private session with Lorraine Williams
