About this Event
It is an art to welcome ourselves into a space, a community, even into our bodies. Use this practice to sit with the feeling of being welcomed so as to observe what arises when you feel energetically held.

Mindful Breathing, Guided Meditation, Chakra Balancing Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls + Modular Synth
SETUP
Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.

Half Normal is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community via specialized music and arts education. We aim to educate the future generation of musicians, DJs, performers, visual artists and sound engineers in a hands-on environment with an exceptional collection of studio-grade audio gear, DAW workstations and synthesizers (including Eurorack modular). But more than just a school, Half Normal is also a community center. Members are welcome and encouraged to visit the campus often either for free events and performances or to just hang out with like-minded people.
