Modern Classics is a five-course tasting menu that celebrates the dishes we all know and love, reimagined for today. Inspired by classic flavour combinations that may have fallen out of fashion, each course deconstructs familiar favourites and reconstructs them with modern techniques, refined presentation, and a fresh perspective.
Price includes a welcome drink on arrival.
Enhance your dining experience with our Optional Beverage Pairing, thoughtfully curated by our front-of-house team to complement each course. Every dish is paired with the perfect beverage, creating a harmonious journey of flavours and an elevated tasting experience
