Victor Angeleas (10-string mandolin) and Márcio Marinho (6-string cavaquinho) are renowned Brazilian artists who represent the essence of the music made in Brazil's capital.The instrumental duo's show has a varied repertoire, with original songs and classics of Brazilian popular music, covering genres such as Choro, Samba, MPB, Frevo, Forró, Ijexá and others.
The duo, active since 2016, has won important awards and played on major stages such as the Rio Montreux Jazz Festival and the ECO Musica Amazônia Festival, as well as in various cities in Brazil and countries such as Portugal, Holland, Austria, France and England.
The duo runs the relevant Face Musical programme on the internet, which is recognised all over the world. This year's tour will take Victor and Márcio to Lisbon, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Rome, Berlin, Dresden and Madrid. The show will be a joyful, relaxed evening of Brazilian culture and music.
