Growing up in the Hudson Valley instilled in me a deep appreciation for movement, nature, and the rhythms of life that sustain us. After a fulfilling career as a school administrator, I've now turned my focus to what matters most: helping people move better, feel stronger, and live longer, healthier lives.
My transition from education to mobility and longevity training wasn't a departure from my core values—it was an evolution.. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and personalized guidance, whether you're navigating the challenges of aging, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to stay active for the people you love.
My approach blends practical expertise with genuine care, meeting each client where they are and building sustainable habits that honor their unique journey.
