We will be offering health testing during the Tri-State Dog Shows held at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield Missouri. Pre-registrations are due by October 18th, 2026 to Audrey via email at [email protected].To be more prepared when you come to our clinic, please complete the following for EACH dog you would like to test.
1. Fill the desired OFA test application(s)-hip/elbows (one form), Legg-Cathe-Perthes, basic cardiac, patella, trachea, spine, etc and mail/e-mail me the form(s). I will print the forms and have them with me for your reservation. You can leave the veterinarian information blank and I will fill that out or you can fill out the forms on the OFA website. If you use Brandon's phone number (785-541-0869), the website will pre-populate his information into your PDF downloadable form. These are not automatically sent to us! You must e-mail the PDF file to me. Find the correct forms at: https://www.ofa.org/application-forms ^For any forms that are not sent to me before October 18th, 2026, a $10/dog/test late fee will be assessed. Our clinics go smoother when we have your dogs already in our system.
2. Send in a $25/dog deposit. This $25 will be applied to your final bill but is non-refundable if you decide to cancel/no show on the day of. It can be paid by:

-via Venmo to @Brandon-Sinn -->make sure you send it to the Sinn with 2 "N"s as the other one will NOT refund money sent to him!
By doing all of the paperwork before the event, we can have you and your animals’ information already in our computer! This makes the reservation go smoother and quicker.
We do require a minimum number of xrays to pre-register or the clinic will be cancelled. We have not had this issue at this show in the past but if we do cancel, an e-mail will be sent out and all deposits refunded.
After I receive the above information, I will reserve your spot during the clinic. During dog shows, we do not make appointments. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. We will be set up by 10:00 am through 2 pm (or until the line is done). We like to educate breeders about what Dr. Sinn finds during the exams and answer questions you may have. Please be courteous to us and to the other owners during the clinic. When you come to check in, you will get a number from the table. I'll check in each owner using that number where you will make your vet services payment along with getting your copies of the OFA forms. Brandon will use that number to call each owner into the RV for the testing. If you take a number and are not available when your number is called, we will skip you and you must get a new number to get back in line.
