Az Öntőgépszerviz Kft. és az ÖGSZ Hidraulika Kft. szeretettel várja Önt jubileumi rendezvénysorozatunk harmadik állomására. A szakmai napon élő bemutatókon láthatja a helyszíni megmunkálást, a 3D szkennelést és a hidraulikus tápegységek építőelemeit, éles munkadarabon, nem diákon.
⚙️ Mit ismerhet meg szakmai rendezvényünkön?
🔹 Mobil marás és hegesztés: amikor az alkatrész nem vihető gépre, a gépet visszük az alkatrészhez, szét- és visszaszerelés nélkül
🔹 Gépasztal-helyreállítást, csapágyház-körhegesztést, oszlopmenet-felhegesztést és kopásálló rétegfelvitelt
🔹 3D szkennelést: rajz nélküli alkatrészből modell, gyártási rajz és új alkatrész, akár helyszíni felmérés alapján
🔹 A hidraulikus tápegységek moduláris építőelemeit: tartály és hajtás, szelepblokk, szűrés, hűtés, felügyelet
🔹 Forgácsolóüzemünket, ahol 8 méter hosszig és 1200 mm átmérőig dolgozunk
Az ingyenes szakmai napon megmutatjuk, hogyan visszük végig egy kézben a felmérést, a hegesztést, a forgácsolást, a szerelést és a hidraulikát. Bemutatjuk a mögötte álló hátteret is: 7 400 m² üzemterület, 10, 25 és 30 tonnás híddaruk, valamint több mint 10 000 tétel raktárról.

🎉 Two and a half decades of experience, dynamic growth and a high level of expertise – celebrate our 25th anniversary year with us!
Öntőgépszerviz Kft. and ÖGSZ Hidraulika Kft. warmly invite you to the third stop of our anniversary event series. At the professional day you can see on-site machining, 3D scanning and the building blocks of hydraulic power units in live demonstrations – on real workpieces, not on slides.
⚙️ What can you learn at our event?
🔹 Mobile milling and welding: when the part cannot be brought to the machine, we bring the machine to the part – without dismantling and reassembly
🔹 Machine table restoration, circular welding of bearing housings, build-up welding of column threads and wear-resistant overlay welding
🔹 3D scanning: from a part with no drawing to a model, a production drawing and a new part – even based on an on-site survey
🔹 The modular building blocks of hydraulic power units: tank and drive, valve block, filtration, cooling, monitoring
🔹 Our machining workshop, where we work on parts up to 8 metres long and 1200 mm in diameter
At this free professional day, we will show you how we handle surveying, welding, machining, assembly and hydraulics all in one hand. We will also present the background behind it: a 7,400 m² plant, 10, 25 and 30-tonne overhead cranes, and more than 10,000 items in stock.
