We are MNACC, Manitoba Nature Alliance Collaborative for Children, and happy to announce our Book Club launch!
The book club will meet every other month or so, and participants are invited to read assigned book to join the day. The venue will be one of the city libraries or parks when the weather permits.
Our first day of MNACC book club to be Sunday, Nov 22nd, 1:30-3:30pm, at **Riverview Ashland Childcare Centre (112 Ashland Ave.)**🥳 Suggested donation of $5 to keep things going (e-transfer: [email protected])
The first two books will be:
"Treaty words -As Long As the Rivers Flow-" by Aimée Craft and Luke Swinson (Nov.22), and
"Talk Treaty To Me" by Crystal Gail Fraser and Sara Komarnisky (January).
We also would like to build our resource/reading list, so if you have any recommendations, please let us know :)
