WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
*Travel to/from the retreat (besides airport–hotel shuttle)
*Transportation during the retreat (Uber/taxi rentals are available). Your room includes a free parking spot on location if you would like to rent a moped, golf cart, or motorcycle. Rentals are across the street from the hotel. Transportation to all excursions IS provided.
*Dinner each evening (except for group dinner at Holi)
*Beverages (The hotel office offers free water cooler access, along with free coffee, tea, cocoa, and hot water, and a tumbler is included in your swag bag. There is also a tiki bar on location at our hotel with food and drinks (alcoholic & non).
*Beach chair rentals
*Gratuities for food, yoga, private sessions, off-campus excursions, boat captains, or other services
*Hotel accommodations (see below for full details)
IMPORTANT LODGING & TRAVEL INFO:
Please note that room accommodations are not included in your retreat registration. You will be responsible for booking your own room.
To fully access retreat facilities (pools, sun deck, hot tub, group yoga classes, and more), you must stay on location at The Osprey or The Driftwood. These are neighbouring, beautiful beachfront, family-owned resorts where we’ve stayed for years. All rooms have ocean views, private balconies or patios, and clean, comfortable setups.
Average nightly room rate: ~$150 plus taxes/fees
Booking tip: Don’t book online! It may show as unavailable. Instead, call the resort directly using the contact info at gilmoreresorts.com.
Let them know your desired room type and dates, but you do not need to mention the retreat, as all planning is handled independently outside of the hotel and through Rachel. The hotel is aware of our retreat, as this is our fourth year returning!
Save on Rates! Many rooms have two beds perfect for sharing! Make sure to coordinate with your roommate for booking, as only one person needs to book and pay.
Why these locations? I’ve been retreating here for 18+ years, married my husband at this very spot, and dreamed up the idea of having retreats here on these sands. The family-run operation, long-term recognizable staff, and clean rooms make this the ideal setting for sacred space and soul nourishment.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for registration. Deposit will be refunded only in the event of a natural disaster, state of emergency, or “Act of God”. Deposits can be made via cash, check, Venmo, or credit card. A $15 convenience fee applies to credit card deposits only. Full or remaining retreat payments can be made via cash, check, venmo, or credit card. A $65 convenience fee applies to full balances paid with credit card. Final balance is due by December 31st, 2026 to maintain early bird pricing.
