The Last Mile are relentless. They’re a hardcore punk band at their core with a vicious intensity and sing-alongs that can captivate a room full of people. They have an infectious energy that they carry with them on and off the stage that has resonated with people across the globe.
They are often considered too punk for the hardcore kids or too hardcore for the punks until you see them live. Proving themselves onstage time and time again, while touring with the likes of Title Fight, Comeback Kid, and Satanic Surfers and sharing the stage with bands like NOFX, Petrol Girls, Iron Chic, and La Armada. They’ve played festivals in the US and Europe such as FEST, Obenuse, Rhinos Feroce, Bearded Punk Fest, and more.
With the release of their second full length, Holding On To Hope, collectively released on Thousand islands Records and Pavones Records, the band are moving forward and intensifying their sound.
Recorded in Vancouver by long-time collaborator, Jesse Gander (Brutus, Japandroids, DBS, Daggermouth) and mastered by Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room, these songs are a natural progression of the bands signature heartfelt songs, leaning in a more modern hardcore vein while still retaining their punk rock roots.
