Make It Your Business is led and hosted by Debbie Waite, Strategic Leadership Partner, speaker and founder of Stronger Inside & Out.

For more than 25 years, Debbie has worked with founders, CEOs and leadership teams, helping them navigate the very human realities behind building, leading and growing successful businesses.

Her particular strength is getting beneath the surface (i.e. asking the questions others often don't!), and creating the kind of honest conversations that rarely happen at traditional business events.

Expect warmth, humour and plenty of energy, but also intelligent conversation about the reality of building a business: the decisions, mistakes, pressure, ambition, relationships, and the sometimes brutal lessons that sit behind the success stories.
