Join us for FREE MixxedFit classes every Monday evening in the north parking lot of the Highlander Accelerator. All ages are welcome to dance along to popular pop and hip-hop songs while getting a fun workout in. MixxedFit is a people-inspired fitness program that combines dance movements and boot camp toning for an energizing session.
More than just a workout, MixxedFit at Highlander is a space to show up for yourself alongside a community doing the same. It is a chance to let go of the stress of the day, move your body, build confidence, laugh with neighbors, and make connections that keep us coming back week after week.
