Crimson Coast Dance welcomes teens and adults of all abilities to our monthly Mixed Abilities Dance Jams in the Mid-Island region.
These inclusive movement sessions offer a welcoming space for people with cognitive and/or physical disabilities, as well as friends, family, and community members. Explore movement, creativity, music, and connection in a supportive environment where everyone can participate at their own pace.
The Dance Jams take place twice a month, on the first and third Friday, unless otherwise noted.
💻 Online attendance is also available when registering.
Sessions facilitated by Laura Jesson Love and Kyle Shepard are part of Crimson Coast Dance’s ongoing commitment to making creative and movement-based opportunities more accessible and inclusive to our community.
