MISTLETOE & MAGNOLIAS
Celebrate the season beneath the oaks at Kirks Mansion with cocktails, dinner, entertainment, dancing, and a few surprises throughout the evening.
Mistletoe & Magnolias is an elevated holiday party designed for couples, groups of friends, and local businesses that want to celebrate their teams without planning an entire event from scratch.
We provide the setting, food, bar, entertainment, music, and holiday atmosphere. You gather your people, choose something festive to wear, and enjoy the party.
THE EVENING
The celebration begins with cocktail hour, appetizers, bar service, and live entertainment.
Guests will then gather for dinner, followed by dancing, continued bar service, and a few surprises throughout the night.

Mistletoe & Magnolias makes it easy for businesses to host an unforgettable holiday celebration without managing the venue, catering, bar, entertainment, rentals, décor, or cleanup themselves.
Reserve a full table for up to ten employees, clients, friends, or family members and let us handle the rest.
TICKETS AND TABLES
Individual Admission - $350 per person
Individual ticket holders will receive an assigned seat. Guests purchasing separately who would like to sit together should include their group name or seating request during checkout. Seating requests will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Reserved Table - $3,250
A reserved table includes admission and assigned seating for up to ten guests. One person may purchase the table for the entire group.
DRESS
Holiday cocktail or formal attire is encouraged.
Think festive, polished, and ready for a special night out - but there is no need to buy a ball gown or rent a tuxedo unless that sounds fun to you. Guests should feel comfortable dressing in a way that feels celebratory and like themselves.
AGE AND BAR SERVICE
Mistletoe & Magnolias is open to guests ages 16 and older.
Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests ages 21 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Nonalcoholic drinks will be available throughout the evening.

This event will take place outdoors beneath the oaks and throughout the Mansion grounds. Please dress for the evening temperature and choose footwear appropriate for walking across a historic outdoor property.
Advance tickets are required. Space is limited, and ticket sales will close once all assigned seating has been reserved.
Gather your favorite people, toast the season, and enjoy a holiday party where someone else has already handled every detail.
Photography and Video
Photography and video recording may take place during this event. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or recordings used by Kirks Mansion and the May River Collection for promotional, marketing, social media, archival, and other business purposes.
Historic Property and Outdoor Grounds
Kirks Mansion is a historic property, and many events take place outdoors throughout the Mansion grounds. Guests may encounter uneven terrain, grass, gravel, brick pathways, steps, tree roots, and areas with limited lighting. Please use care while moving throughout the property and choose footwear appropriate for the setting and weather conditions.
Accessibility varies throughout the historic property. Guests who have mobility concerns or require accommodations are encouraged to contact us before purchasing tickets so we can discuss the event layout and available access options.
