Mississippi Musings | River Resilience

Dr. Alex Roth, Director of Conservation at Friends of the Mississippi River, will be sharing about building resilience through habitat restoration specifically with plantings specially adapted to mitigate the effects of climate change.

Artist Kimberly Boustead will lead an art-making activity centered around the idea of what a healthy river looks like to you.

This event includes a light refreshments and an opportunity to explore the Stormwater Park + Learning Center including A Gathering of Waters, a multi-sensory exhibit by artist Shoshana Fink.

This event is free, but registration is required.
