One of Pro Coro’s longtime traditions, Missae brings musical settings of the Latin Mass into the concert space.Over the season, the choir has performed a wide range of music, for choir a cappella, for male choir, and for choir and organ under this annual program.
Our 10th edition features the Mass for 16 voices by Carl Friedrich Christian Fasch, composed in 1783 for the "Berliner Sing-Akademie", and in the style of Italian composer Benevoli, who’s Mass in time of pestilence will also be performed.
