Organised by the Mirik Runners' Initiative and managed by the experienced team behind the successful 1st Edition of the Mirik Hill 10K Run 2023, the event is designed to deliver a professionally managed and memorable race-day experience. Participants can expect a well-marked course, professional timing, medical support, hydration stations, and an energetic atmosphere amidst one of Darjeeling district's most beautiful destinations.
With runners expected from across West Bengal and neighbouring states, Mirik Pine Run 2026 is more than just a race—it's a celebration of health, community, and the breathtaking beauty of the hills.

- Participants are advised to report to the venue well before their respective race start time.
- Bib numbers must be worn visibly throughout the event and are non-transferable.
- Participants must be medically fit to take part in the race and are responsible for assessing their own physical condition before participating.
- By registering for the event, participants acknowledge that running is a physically demanding activity and agree to participate at their own risk.
- The organisers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and associated agencies shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage, or any other mishap that may occur before, during, or after the event.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
- Any participant found engaging in misconduct, using unfair means, or violating event rules may be disqualified without any refund.
- The organisers reserve the right to modify the race route, start time, event schedule, or race format due to weather conditions, government directives, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- The organisers reserve the right to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes without any additional consent or compensation.
- Registration for the event constitutes acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All registrations for the Mirik Pine Run 2026 are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable. Any changes to the event schedule or format due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control will be communicated through the official event channels.
