This event is 3 of my classes rolled into one afternoon. The event will include zen painting, gratitude journaling, and sound healing. The current price reflects the discount of 25% off. I will provide light snacks from Edibles, water, and tea. It will be an afternoon of quietness, lots of breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques during the session. Between each class there will be 15-20min breaks to pause, reflect, and for folks to connect with each other.
