About this Event

English
Is the good life others imagine really the life I want?
This week’s Mandarin-language mindfulness psychology gathering takes “Calypso’s Island” from The Odyssey as a starting point to explore what a good life means to us.
Through writing, we’ll explore our core values and reflect on what truly matters to us. In meditation, we’ll notice our self-talk and bring our attention back to the breath.
The gathering will be held in Mandarin. You’re welcome to share or simply listen. We’ll share a potluck at 11:30 AM; you’re welcome to bring food to share. Contributions are voluntary.
