About this Event
This weekly gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported in community.
We’ll begin with guided meditation and gentle breathwork to ground the body and calm the mind. Then we’ll move into personal journaling, exploring thoughtful prompts that help you understand your inner world with compassion and clarity.
To close the night, we break into small sharing circles where you can reflect on what came up for you, listen to others, and feel held in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Sharing is always optional — you’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels good for you.
Mindfulness Night is for anyone seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional release, and genuine connection. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
