A Workshop for Healthcare Providers | Co-hosted by Marigold and Samaritan Health Services
This workshop has been approved for up to 10 CME credit hours by Samaritan Health Services.
This course is an immersive, retreat-like workshop focused on exploring mindfulness in medicine through experiential programming, including formal and informal mindfulness practices, narrative medicine, and time spent in building community. Participants can expect to gain practical mindfulness-based tools meant to optimize their capacity to thrive both in their workplace and in their personal lives. The course is based on the Mindful Practice in Medicine program, developed by the University of Rochester, which is evidence-based and shown to reduce healthcare provider burnout, improve well-being, increase work engagement, and cultivate patient-centered, compassionate healthcare.

. . . you are a physician or an advanced practice provider (including nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, certified nurse midwives, and certified registered nurse anesthetists) who is seeking to restore connections with meaning, purpose, patients and self, while addressing the many challenges of today’s healthcare environment.

Samaritan Health Services is accredited by the Washington State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
CME Hours
