About this Event
The more we practice mindfulness, the more it reveals itself to us and the more we are transformed. Wherever you are on your mindfulness journey, we invite you to deepen your practice, rejuvenate your spirit and reconnect with our growing mindfulness community.
This silent retreat will include:
- a variety of practices, including seated and movement that are adaptable to individual needs
- meditations that are semi-guided
- opportunity for indoor and outdoor walking meditation (weather permitting)
- invitation to renew familiar mindfulness practices, as well as learn new ones
This retreat is facilitated by experienced teachers, Anna Taneburgo and Valerie Spironello, and is suitable for meditators of all levels.

FEES (includes drinks, snacks and a vegetarian lunch)
Early Bird Pricing register by October 17th:
Member - $90*, Non-member $115, Financially challenged $40
*membership in Mindfulness Hamilton is $25 per year
Regular Pricing after October 17th:
Member - $115, Non-member $140, Financially challenged $50

PREPARATION FOR THE DAY
Please dress comfortably and bring layers such as a blanket, sweater or shawl, to accommodate variable temperature conditions. Feel free to bring a meditation cushion and mat, or a cushion to support your back in seated practice. Chairs will be provided.
