November Presentation:
Mindfully Integrating the Unique Aspects of Ourselves that Contribute to Who We Are-Allowing for more Harmony, Creativity, Joy, Energy and Vitality
with David Blair, LMFT
In this presentation, David will discuss how taking time to engage in integration is an opportunity to allow us to enjoy more of how we wish to feel. In an experiential exercise, David will show us how to mindfully observe different parts of ourselves that may be at odds, such as parts that want unhealthy comfort food, and other parts that want healthy dietary choices. By bringing compassionate understanding to all of our parts, it is a step toward more options for getting our needs met in more balanced ways, thus allowing our nervous systems to be calmer, and creating more flexibility and possibilities.
Whether you are a wellness professional or simply interested in intuition, consciousness, and personal growth, you are welcome to join us.

Mindfully integrating the unique aspects of ourselves that contribute to who we are allowing for more harmony, creativity, joy, energy and vitality!
Taking time to engage in integration is an opportunity to allow us to enjoy more harmony, flexibility, vitality and energy. There are some processes that we can practice and make into habits in our daily lives.
One practice is to mindfully observe different parts of ourselves that may be at odds within us. Doing this with compassion, helps calm our nervous system in contrast to being self critical of a part of us by being judgmental. The parts of us that we are judgmental of often need to be understood rather than disintegrated in shame while suppressing them. While understanding both of parts of ourselves that are at odds within us brings harmony and balance. For example one part of us may want to indulge in unhealthy comforting food while another part wants to choose eating more healthy options. The ‘healthy eating part’ may utilize critical words like, “you’re weak, you have no discipline” etc. while the ‘comfort food part’ might use phrases like, “we deserve some comfort we have been working so hard and this once won’t hurt us “, etc… If we bring compassionate understanding to both parts it is a step towards more options for getting our needs met in more balanced way allowing are nervous system to be calmer and more creative thus creating more flexibility and possibilities.
Join David as we explore and guides us through empowering practices to create integration unlocking joyful vitality!
